FORECAST
BUILD
WHAT
LASTS
I am Adrian Franks. The work is the heartbeat.
Thirty-one years woven through design, advertising, and the arts. Atlanta first, then New York for eighteen of them, and now a second home growing out of Athens, Georgia. I stand at forty-nine and I do not see a finish line — I see a runway.
I am a financially successful commercial artist building with the brands that move culture. I am an investor turning property into engines of B2B enterprise. I am a creative technologist building platforms that bridge talent, ideas, and opportunity for the community I call home. I am the man in the best shape of his adult life. I am the husband. I am the father. I am the legacy in motion.
Every brushstroke is intentional. Every digital pixel a piece of a larger masterpiece. This issue lays it down — what I have built, what I am building, what I will not stop building until it stands.
And the second half of this issue belongs to Nicole. Because no version of this future is mine alone.
Brooklyn × Athens
Issue I, 2026
The Six Pillars — what I am building
The Artist
A financially successful commercial artist & creator. Partnering with brands that move culture. Sold-out shows, a second eyewear line, the brushstroke as legacy.
The Builder
FRNK Brands at full power. AI creative platforms funded and shipped. The Athens studio finished. Lot 2 rising. Hubs that empower, not extract.
The Investor
Commercial real estate that fuels economic growth. Debt free. $3M saved by retirement. A catalyst, not a buyer. Properties that become engines.
The Family Man
A pillar of love and guidance. Saving for Garvey's future. Honoring the one in spirit. A legacy of love and prosperity built side by side with Nicole.
The Vessel
In the best shape of my adult life. Strength, resilience, well-being. A discipline that mirrors the inner resolve. A body equal to the vision.
The Legacy
Platforms bridging talent and opportunity. Cultural infrastructure for the diaspora. An ecosystem where art and commerce thrive in unison. More service. More given.

The Daily Code — ten tenets
A man becomes what he thinks about.
- 01Become what I think about. Knock the rough edges off the mentals.
- 02Use all my courage to define the goals — and to achieve them.
- 03Carry the goals everywhere. Read at first light, read again before sleep.
- 04Save ten percent of every dollar earned. Without exception.
- 05Stop the negative thoughts at the door. Do not let them enter.
- 06Do more than I have to do. Always give more.
- 07Believe in self. Stop the excuses. Think only of reasons I can.
- 08Act successful — until acting is no longer required.
- 09Put the fuel in before you ask for the heat.
- 10Carpe diem. Every brushstroke is intentional. Every pixel a piece of the masterpiece.
For Nicole.
— pages reserved for her hand
The vision in this issue is mine. The life behind it is ours. So the next pages are not about me — they are for you.
The structure mirrors mine: six pillars, the forecast, the foundation. But the words belong to you. Some pages have prompts to start the conversation. Some are blank on purpose — to be filled in over coffee, on a long evening at the kitchen table, or however you like.
This is Issue I. We update it once a year. Whenever you are ready.
Her Six Pillars
The ____________
Your work in the world. The thing you make, build, or shape that no one else can.
The ____________
What are you building? Nikki's List, of course — and what else? What's yours that lives beyond us both?
The ____________
Your relationship to money, ownership, generational wealth. What does freedom look like to you?
The ____________
As mother, partner, daughter, sister, friend. The roles you choose, the ones you'd refuse, the ones you've grown into.
The ____________
What does your body need from you in this season? What does the spirit need? What does rest look like?
The ____________
What do you want to leave behind? Who is it for? What story do you want told a hundred years from now?
Her Forecast
- What does financial freedom mean for you, in your own words?
- What is your number — the figure that lets you stop worrying?
- What do you want to own, in your own name, by what year?
- What do you want to be free from?
- What is your work — and how do you want it to grow?
- What does Nikki's List need from you to win?
- What's a project you've been holding that wants to come out?
- What craft do you want to master next?
- When you imagine the Athens house, what do you see in it?
- Where do you want to travel next, and with whom?
- What's a place you've never been that's been calling you?
- Where in this life do you most want to be still?
- What does your body need from you in this chapter?
- What is your spiritual practice right now — or what would you like it to be?
- Who do you want to serve? Where do you want to give back?
- What word do you want as the theme of the next year?
Her Foundation
"What I have already done is the floor — not the ceiling."
Awards, recognition, the moments your name was called.
The projects, the brands, the bodies of work that are yours.
The cities and rooms you've made your own.
Mothered, mentored, married, befriended. The relationships that built you.
The crafts you have grown — slowly, deliberately, against the odds.
What you have survived. What you have outgrown. What you have refused.
The Joint Venture — what we are building together
Garvey.
A son raised by two artists. The future we are designing first. Every decision in this issue — the property, the studio, the savings, the body kept healthy, the marriage tended — runs through him.
2007.
The year we married. Still here. Still building. The longest project of our lives.
Brooklyn.
Eighteen years deep. The brownstone. The studios. The schools. The rhythm. Where we became who we are.
Athens.
Two lots. One studio in motion. A second home rising. The next chapter, written in pine and brick.
Nikki's List.
A lifestyle and booking platform for women — Vogue meets travel guide. Her vision, our build. Editorial luxury, monetized through venue partnerships, reservations, and editorial sponsorships.
FRNK.
An AI creative platform routing the world's best models through African Diasporic culture and Afrofuturist aesthetics. The orchestration layer.
Held.
One on this earth. One in spirit. Both belong to us.
Update annually.
Issue I, Spring 2026. Issue II, the year after. A document we will be proud to leave behind.
For Nicole.
There is no version of this future that is mine alone. Eighteen years in a city that does not give itself easily. A marriage that has held since 2007. A son here. A child in spirit. Two homes. Two studios. The book we have been writing together this whole time.
Every brushstroke on the canvas of this life is intentional. Every digital pixel a piece of the larger masterpiece. The studio in Athens. The list we are building. The lifestyle and the editorial and the venues and the women you are designing for. The boy we are raising. The version of me who will rise to meet the next decade — strong, present, free.
I am Adrian Franks. A creative force. A community builder. A family man. A beacon of innovation and excellence. The future is not just a continuation of the past — it is a bold declaration of what I am destined to leave behind.
And what I leave behind, I leave with you.
May, the year forty-nine
